The company was established in 1973 by Mr. Niels Jørgen Andersen.

Today we are a significant logistics-, agency and terminal operator with headquarters at the Port of Fredericia in the crosssection for East/West and North/South bound rail and road traffic. 

As co-owners of Kalundborg's largest shipping agency and stevedoring company, Schultz Shipping A/S, we offer logistics- agency- and terminal solutions for the Danish market via some of Denmarks best located deep water ports, Fredericia, Lindoe/Odense, Kalundborg, Grenaa, Aalborg, Copenhagen and Malmoe/Sweden. 

We employ about 60 people within our 6 main business areas:
